How many calories will I be eating?

Depends on the which program best suits your goal weight.  It can range from 800-1500 calories with complete meal replacements to eating grocery foods.

How much weight can I expect to lose?

Depends on several factors including current weight, program enrolled in, age, gender, and activity level. On average 3-5 pounds a week.

Why is protein important?

You body must have protein for physiological needs and to maintain muscle mass.

How do you know weight lost is from fat and not muscle?

We use state of the art body composition analyzer, the Inbody 570 to monitor body fat.  It has various components including: Hydration, Dry lean mass, Body fat mass, Lean body mass, Skeletal muscle mass, BMI, Percent Body Fat, Visceral Fat level, Basal metabolic rate, etc.  See the videos on the right.

Are carbohydrates and fat important?

Yes, but in smaller amounts.

Will I be hungry?

Hunger diminishes within 1-2 days of the program.

How will this diet help me lose fat?

Body will burn its stored fat for energy when calories are limited.
